Remote sensing applications

Techniques have been developed for using remote sensing to map and monitor a variety of environments. Applications using remote sensing and field survey data to map and monitor the environmental features and processes represented in the figure above have been developed as part of ongoing research by the Remote Sensing Research Centre.
