Disaggregates count data from a set of source zones (i.e. census) to a set of integrated target zones. Source zones have a count attribute (i.e. population) that is to be disaggregated. Target zones (i.e. urban administrative districts) have distinct densities but with unknown counts. Using the integrated overlap areas, the algorithm solves the problem to find density estimates for the target zones based upon overlap conditions between the source and target zones. The tools will update a layer in ArcGIS with the disaggregate counts.
