Climate Change, Landscape Change and Biodiversity
Through this research, we explore the linkages between climate and landscape/land use change and biodiversity. Recent projects include:
- Broadening the spatio-temporal scope of ecological studies to anticipate change in Australian forested ecosystems.
- Understanding the interacting effects of climate change and habitat loss on biodiversity.
- Simulating the effects of land use on multiple ecohyrdological functions of the landscape.
- Modelling the interactions and feedbacks of landscape change/land use change on Australia’s climate.
